Meet Karter Adams (pictured left), Karter is local to Blount County! He went to Cleveland High School and now works in the Family Business. He has a huge passion for fitness and for helping others. He has a ton of experience in training and nutrition. Hes very approchable and encouraging. You will be seeing Karter around the gym from time to time. Like myself (pictured right) he works a regular job throughout the week! Which makes him fit the F5 personality. Local, hardworking, approachable, friendly.
